Miss. Roxanne A. Bennett-Wright aka Roxanne Wright is the Founder of Youngsters And Fine Etiquette established in 2008. Roxanne currently serves as the Chief Etiquette Coach for children and pre-teens ranging from ages 3 to 14 along with emerging ladies from ages 14 to 17, settling into their teenage years. Since 2015, Roxanne expanded her cap to providing services to pre-professionals in career protocol. Over seven years successful as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the corporate arena. Roxanne is a "BEAST" in relationship building with the primary focus in marrowing the needs of employees that are driven and talented. Extraordinarily skilled in managing multiple stakeholders at various levels of leadership to achieve a solid rapport.

Roxanne a Jamaican-born, immigrated and reside to the United States in her latter high school years with the ambition to become a Counselor. Roxanne was born and raised in the parish of Manchester, located in the Middle-sex county of the island of Jamaica in the West Indies. This parish  is predominantly influenced by the British. Nestled in the center is the Town Square: Mandeville. This is the Capital and is known as the largest town in the parish. It was established in 1816 and was named in honor of Viscount Mandeville. While the parish of Manchester was named in honor of his father Colonel William Montagu, 5th Duke of Manchester whom prior served as the Governor of Jamaica since 1808 to 1827. Mandeville is known for accommodating expatriates as a result of its cool climate. It is famous for its Clock Tower in the center of the square.

Roxanne's mother, Marvell Winnifred Bennett born between the parishes of Westmoreland and Saint Elizabeth. Best known as an Entrepreneur with solid rapport building in business relations. Well known for her active role during the mid 70's in the Ministry of Finance and The Public Service of Jamaica: Department of Statistics. In addition, served as the Assistant Financial Controller at the Historical Land Mark Hotel: Mandeville Hotel.

This Land Mark Hotel is known to be the oldest in the caribbean since it was established in 1875. Bennett worked closely with Senior McIntyre daily learning the ropes of tourism of whom acquired the hotel in the mid 80's. Diana McIntyre-Pike recognized as the "Pioneer of Community of Tourism", served as a massive force in mentoring Bennett in staff training and professional development. 

 

Prior to "Hurricane Gilbert" in 1988, Bennett launched "Fish Hut" restaurant located in the famous "James Plaza" in Mandeville. Diana McIntyre-Pike served as a staunch supporter to Bennett in  facilitating "Fish Hut" with fully trained top-notch staff in hospitality services. During this era, "Fish Hut" became the talk of the town attracting popular reggae artists like "Garnet Silk" and his family to dine in on weekends. "Fish Hut" was celebrated for its tasty steamed and fried fishes with fresh lobster dishes supplied from "Border" or "Cove Sand", minutes from "Whitehouse, Westmoreland" best known for its fishing industry. Bennett and the active support of family members hand picked fresh seafood from "Whitehouse", as this is the major location for supply to businesses across the island. Roxanne has only one sibling of Maroon descent to mom.

Roxanne's father, Waldren Gladstone Wright born in the parish of Manchester. Raised in the Albion District. Coincidentally close in proximity to the birth town of  the Right Excellent Norman Washington Manley in Roxborough, Manchester. To the MAX, highly respected amongst the Albion community. Well known in the town of Mandeville for his strong skill sets in providing services as a Mechanical Contractor throughout the town. Served in The Jamaica Defense Force whom was apart of the The Jamaica National Reserves, actively on call to duty during the political climate between the JLP and PNP struggle in the 80's. Successfully leading and training the Cadets. Superior performance in operating and landing the helicopter. Brilliance in executing a unique sense of style. Expert in captivating an audience with his personality, charm and good looks. Effective presence in engaging the attention of others when entering  various spaces.

Roxanne received her academic foundation from Belair Prep and Belair High School, recognized as one of the highest esteemed institutions in Jamaica, since its existence in 1968 during the inrush of the Bauxite industry. Belair is conveniently located in her birth town of Mandeville. Belair boasts "INTERNATIONAL CELEBRITIES". Such as Sean Henriques, "SUPER STAR" "SEAN PAUL". Sean Henriques is known as Belair's finest "PRODUCTION". Recognized for notable songs such as "Gimme The Light", "Bad Inna Bed", "So Me Stay" and "Sean Paul Feat. Ce'cile; You can do the work".

Timberlee Haven, "GLOBAL STAR". Acknowledged for her extra-ordinary talent worldwide. Timberlee is known as Belair's finest "PRODUCTION".

Recognized as an "INTERNATIONAL CELEBRITY" from the stage to the classrooms among college undergraduates globally. Timberlee has

made a huge asset to college students worldwide writing detailed

articles for her notable songs such as "BUBBLE LIKE SOUP".

As a teen, Roxanne became a Barbizon Alum of New York in 1998 at the  historic Hotel Pennsylvania in the center of Madison Square Garden,

where she gained personal development in self-confidence building through instructions in life skills and learned the different dynamics that are involved with the entertainment business through intensive sessions in modeling and acting.

Roxanne completed her latter high school years at Elmont Memorial High

in Elmont, New York in the class of 99'.

​Roxanne is a proud alumni of Pace University earning a Master of Science degree in Counseling: Mental Health "Clinical". Served as a "Pace Ambassador".  

Established in 1906. Pace University is acknowledged as one of the top private universities in New York. Ranked # 1 in the nation for experimental learning and

Roxanne is a proud alumni of John Jay College of criminal Justice earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Judicial Studies: "Pre-Law". 

Established in 1964. Serving more than 23 colleges and institutions in New York City. John Jay College of Criminal Justice is recognized as one of the nation's leading urban public university. Ranking number #6 nationwide for social mobility,number #7 for public colleges, number # 9 for most innovative among colleges in the north by U.S New & World Report 2025. University HQ ranked John Jay number # 1 in the country for criminal justice, forensic science and legal studies programs.

 

In the attempt to gain a wealth of experience and knowledge of Professional Human Resources in the corporate arena, Roxanne developed the unique ability to attract talents as a seasoned full-cycle Talent Acquisition

Specialist for corporations like Straight Line Source.

2019 located in the heart of the New York financial district. Roxanne serves

as the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Chief Human Resources Officer  and Chief Executive Officer. Roxanne lead a team of recruiters while collaborating with head hunters on contracted opportunities. This includes clinical, non-clinical contracts, hospitality, housekeeping and solar sales for corporations like Momentum Solar within the Tri-state area. While actively recruiting for Celebrity Chefs and Celebrity Personal Trainers.
